From either our trusted producers to fine artisans and farmers within the surrounding region and abroad. Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at NuRaw Restaurant.
An Elevated Dining Experience
Coming in November – Our signature set dinner menu takes flight. Taking you on a culinary journey of flavours at the helm of our esteemed head chef Steven Fernandez.
The dining experience is arranged through multi-course menus, which serve as a platform to showcase the Chef’s culinary talents & vision of organic, ingredient driven, farm-to-table dining. Highlights of the menu include fresh sustainably-sourced seafood and locally sourced gras- fed meats. Along with a vegetarian tasting menu option available for non-meat eaters. At NuRaw, we rotate our menu often to reflect the season, current creative inspirations, to stay present and fresh.
Until then our restaurant remains open and offering excellent food that our guests have come to praise us for.
Wine Cellar
Unique wine pairings from a selection of fine imported wines from Europe and South America. Signature mixed cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages are available.
Dinner will be one seating at 6:30pm – Cocktails available from 6pm.
Breakfast at NuRaw
Celebrate being on vacation – the best Costa Rican morning is begun with long, relaxing breakfasts. Our breakfasts are worthy of taking the time to savour while giving you everything you need to start your day right.
Our commitment to variety means that each day brings a subtle shift in offerings, ensuring that your breakfast experience remains exciting and unforgettable throughout your stay.
Our breakfast is included in all stays and is available from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
Coffee Excellence
Wake up with freshly brewed coffee, made specially by using nothing by the best coffee from Costa Rica. We take coffee seriously, that is why we offer nothing but the best – coffee meant for export, brought directly to NuRaw.
Whether you crave a simple espresso or a frothy cappuccino, we ensure your morning starts off right.
Reservations
Reservations are required - Please select the date and number of patrons in your party - if staying at Vayu Retreat Villas please advise front desk by 2pm.
Dinner is one seating at 6:30pm and will run 2-3 hours.
