Our inspired menu celebrates locally-sourced and natural ingredients. By doing so we are reducing our carbon footprint as much as possible, providing nutrient dense foods that support physical and mental health as well as supporting our local economy in the process. 

We’ve also partnered with local coffee farms to offer nothing but the best coffee – Rainforest Alliance certified, and always fresh.

Dinner Entrées

Beet Gazpacho (Seasonal)

A Mediterranean classic - this chilled soup is rich and thick, garnished with goat cheese, black sesame seeds and finished with olive oil.

Italian Bread Basket

Fresh in house made dinner rolls accompanied by our Italian seasoned dipping sauce - great for sharing - if you're nice. (vegan option available)

Green Apple & Brie Boquitas

Sweet & Savoury and a house favourite. Tortillas baked with creamy brie and crisp green apple, topped with caramelized pecans & paired with a side of grapes.

The Greek Salad

Our take on the traditional Greek salad - Paired with our house made Greek dressing.

Sesame Cucumber Salad

Freshly sliced strips of cucumber married with our homemade sesame ginger dressing. Topped with sesame seeds, green onion and cilantro.

Cream Soup

Choice of either cream of mushrooms or cream of asparagus.

Raw Beet Ravioli with Almond Thyme Pâté

Light and colorful, thin slices of raw beets filled with creamy almond and thyme pâté, nourishing and hearty.

Loaded Baked Sweet Potato

Three halves of baked white sweet potato filled with a mixture of sauteed chickpeas an herbs then mixed with a home made raw vegan cashew dressing and garnished with dill.


Al dente fettuccine pasta, mixed in our homemade pesto with a trio of sautéed mushrooms & topped with basil, slivered almonds and parmigiana cheese.

Garden Stir-Fry

Sautéed new potatoes in our home made garlic mojito sauce, paired with sautéed, local and in season vegetables.

“Meat & Potatoes”

Creamy garlic mashed potatoes served with a medley of seasoned vegetables and our home made carnitas, a mixture of seasoned and slow cooked lentils & walnuts



Prepared fresh and naturally sweetened. Try our traditional desserts or our home made raw vegan offerings - both pair well with tea or espresso. (Ask about adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream to any dessert)

Raw Vegan Carrot Cake (Temp Out)

It’s tender, it’s cakey, it’s naturally sweetened; blended dates and walnuts with shredded carrots and plenty of vanilla and spices for added warmth and flavor. Delicious, vegan and no sugar added.

Raw Vegan Avo-Lime Tart (Temp out)

Our take on the the traditional key lime pie - this raw vegan tart is avocado based and naturally sweetened, loaded with lime zest and a balanced sweetness with blended dates and walnuts as the tart base.

Nutella Crepe

Our homemade crepe in a bowl - filled with nutella, banana slices, and vanilla ice cream. Topped with pecans and mint.

Lime Crepe

Sweet & Savoury - home made crepe topped with juice from our home grown limes and dusted with powdered sugar and fresh mint.

Ice Cream Bowl

Three scoops of vanillas ice cream with your choice of chocolate, caramel, raspberry or kiwi sauce. Topped with walnuts and almonds.

Dolce de Leche Churros

The traditional latin dessert, baked golden and served warm - dusted with cinnamon. Served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Cheese Cake

Traditional creamy cheese cake - ask about our flavours available.

From the Bar

Our curated bar menu comes from a small selection of specialty drinks and wines with a Mediterranean influence – light and crisp.

Our house wine is PIPA from Spain, in a selection of Red and White.


PIPA – Sauvignon Blanc – SPAIN

100% organic with a vibrant floral nose that contrasts with complex fruit underneath. Lemons and limes dominate with a hint of tropical fruit on the finish.

FINCA CAYETA – Verdejo Blanco – Spain

Small yield grapes - Crisp & dry, herbaceous to the nose with green apple notes. Fresh to the palate, full bodied yet mellow.


XANETA – Bobal – Spain

Mid - plus bodied wine, with mediterranean aromas. Smooth to the palete.

PIPA – Tempranillo – Spain

Notes of cherry and cranberry on the nose - balanced. Organic.

PIPA – Cabernet Sauvignon – Spain

Notes of black forest fruits like blackberry. Full-bodied, silky and lively highlighting its Mediterranean influence. Organic.

Ñok – Rioja – Spain

Sophisticated wine - Preserving the frankness of the primary aromas. Matured for eighteen months in French oak seeking aromatic complexity and elegance on the palate (2018)

A rosé of delicate aromas of citrus, red fruit and white flowers. Organic.
